Is the situation terrible or is it terrible that the situation exists?

Have the lessons been learnt and not applied?
To me that is terrible!

Do conferences, workshops, and discussions, produce seeds that went unnutured? Could they be brought out of storage and be put in well tended soil?

The situation is terrible
We haven't a clue, but feel the need to do something.

We must bring foreign experts
Pat the locals
And see whether something that worked in Timbuktu works here.

Consultants. Pay !
Workshops and Conference.
White Prados herald
Discussions.

Do little.
Party privately and write a lessons learnt.
Go home with battle scars
Get laid.

Get a life.

While the conflict goes on.
